Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President of Marketing & E-Commerce, Harry Rosen

Trinh Tham is the Chief Marketing Officer and Vice President of Marketing & E-Commerce at Harry Rosen. Ms. Trinh Tham has previously worked at Sobeys for  two years, holding the position of Vice President of Brand Strategy and Planning. She has also worked for other companies such as Tim Hortons, Bell Media and Loblaw Companies Limited. Her vast experience has  given her a strong presence in the industry and a world of knowledge extending to the food, entertainment and wireless technology industry.

Hyla Nayeri & Adrien Bettio
Co-Founders, 437

Hyla Nayeri and Adrien Bettio are the founders of the swimwear and apparel label, 437. As Smith School of Business alumni, Ms. Nayeri and Ms. Bettio have recently being listed on the Forbes 30 Under 30 List, a true testament to their work ethic and passion for retail. Both co-founders have vast knowledge in sales, marketing, design, and operations which has acted as the foundation of their company, leading them to great success since their launch in 2018. Their unique style and ambition has kept 437 as a competitive brand in the retail industry as they continue to expand their business to reach new heights.

Rebecca Loyo Mayo
Vice President of Sustainability, Aritzia

 

Rebecca Loyo Mayo is the current Vice President of Sustainability at Aritzia. Ms. Loyo Mayo  previously worked the role of Senior Director in Sustainability at Aritzia before moving into her current role. Prior to working at Aritzia, Ms. Loyo Mayo was a Senior Ethical Trade Manager at Burberry where she oversaw operations related to sustainably and ethically sourcing materials Burberry and its products. Her passion for sustainability and the drive to continue to find new ways to innovate in her positions make her a key player in the retail space.

Jennifer Bairos Hofer
Director of Marketing, Today's Shopping Choice (TSC)

Jennifer Bairos Hofer is Director, Marketing, at TSC, Canada’s first-and-only shopping channel and multiplatform e-commerce retail destination.  As part of TSC’s executive leadership team, Ms. Bairos Hofer leads the company’s brand and marketing strategy, overseeing a team of marketing professionals responsible for driving new customer acquisition, as well as customer loyalty and retention programs across multiple touchpoints. Ms. Bairos Hofer leads all omni-channel advertising and marketing campaigns, performance marketing, organic social media content strategy, promotions, as well as CRM email programs.
